About the Company

FortifyEdge.ai develops on-device AI biometric solutions for defence, aerospace, and frontline operators. Its flagship product, MoveID, provides continuous, frictionless identity assurance via Samsung Galaxy wearables integrated with mission systems like the Tactical Assault Kit (TAK).

Project Objective

Design, implement, and test a secure wifi/BLE-based data pipeline between a Samsung Galaxy Watch and an Android TAK device, delivering biometric authentication and geolocation overlays, Warfighter physiological status & AI prediction suitable for edge operations.

Project Tasks

• Implement BLE or Data Layer communication from the watch to Android
• Convert biometric events to CoT XML format
• Inject CoT messages into TAK for visualisation
• Test under edge network conditions
• Document system architecture and performance

Intern Skills

• Android/WearOS (Java/Kotlin)
• Unity for spatial computing (C#)
• BLE, real-time data, XML/CoT
• Bonus: TAK, Magic Leap SDK/Unity XR dev, XR data visualisation

• Self-driven, detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and remotely

• Good communication and adaptability in an agile R&D team environment
