Speaker’s profile
Dr. Andrii Paziuk is Hubert H. Humphrey Fulbright Fellow at American University Washington College of Law, Associate Professor at the Taras Shevchenko National University Institute of International Relations in Kyiv, Ukraine. Paziuk is a Senior Advisor and Cyber Diia Project Lead at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
He holds a PhD in International Public Law from Taras Shevchenko National University and MS in Law at Zaporizhya Public University. He also studies law at Harvard Law School, and Berkman Center for Internet & Society, Singapore. From 2008 to 2010, he was the First Deputy to the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine. He has also served as the Head of the Analytical Department and Co-chief of the Scientific Council in the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of Ukraine (2006 to 2008).
He led the NGO, Privacy Ukraine, for 6 years. Dr. Paziuk has also worked as the Assistant to an MP in the Ukrainian Parliament; as a Private Law Legal adviser at Kyiv Teleservice Co; and as a Regional Tax Administrator and Legal Adviser. Dr. Paziuk has participated and sponsored a number of regional and international meetings on human rights and the Internet in Ukraine. Currently, he serves as a Senior Advisor to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and leads Cyber Diia Projec
