Project Objective
Research and model an algorithm that performs gyrocompass course alignment (of heading) while a vehicle moves. Faster and better gyrocompassing performance – allowing vehicles to quickly and accurately determine their heading while moving.
Intern Skills
The intern will need to have a good understanding of mathematics and classical physics, as well as have a practical mindset and a passion for solving problems.
